About the Event
Important Safety Guidelines:
Mandatory Permission: Parents must provide written consent for their child to stay overnight at the school. The consent form must be duly filled, signed, and submitted before 22/01/2025, Wednesday.
Student's Responsibility: Parents must ensure their child understands the importance of following all school rules and regulations during the stay.
Emergency Contact: Parents are required to provide at least two emergency contact numbers. In case of any health or safety concerns, the school will immediately contact the provided numbers.
Health and Medical Information: Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions their child may have. If medication is required, parents must provide the necessary medicine and clear dose written instructions.
Pick-up: Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is picked up from the AMES campus at the time specified by the school.
