Our Story

In 2009, the Zulekha Motiwala Social Welfare Charitable Trust started AMES Kids, an Islamic-themed preschool focused on quality education and modern facilities. Later, the Trust decided to open Pearls Academy, a primary and high school, on a new campus. The school aims to provide a modern education rooted in Islamic values, helping students succeed in today's global world.

AMES Kids began in the basement of Amanullah Motiwala Urdu School in Times Colony, starting with 60 students and five teachers. From the beginning, Deeniyat study was part of the program, and Quranic study was added gradually with a set curriculum. After a successful first year, the school grew quickly, welcoming about 100 new students each year.

Building on the foundation of AMES Kids, the management established Pearls Academy, a K-12 English-medium school emphasising Islamic culture, at a new campus in Harsul Sawangi. Pearls Academy now offers comprehensive education from Grades 1 to 12 and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.
